Our rental room welcomes international students. This is a share house(hostel). Kitchen and bathroom are shared.
Initial cost does not take most. It is recommended for short-term international students. Long term rental is also welcome:)

All rooms have air conditioner.refrigerator.desk.bed.rice cooker.wi-fi.

Communal area is 1st floor. The area have microwave and toaster.bathtubs. kitchen/dining.Laundry place(One time 100 yen). shower room. You can use anytime.

The rent per month
Rent of one month is 37,000 yen.The electricity rates of private room, I will charge at the end of the month. For the first month only, add 10,000 yen for room preparation and maintenance. The initial expense is 47,000 yen of these totals. The rent is payment in advance.
